How to run an instant meeting
Starting your first meeting is very easy. From the main screen of the Video calls for Jira, find the blue button “Start team meeting“.
After that another screen pops up, that allows you to invite your colleagues to the meeting.
You can invite your colleagues anytime later, there is no need to do it now.
The meeting starts to initialize and after a while you’re shown the meeting screen.
The meeting screen contains:
- people screen canvas
- participants list
- camera / microphone controls
