We’re making a small but important improvement to how notifications are delivered from our apps. This change ensures better reliability and consistency when you receive updates.

The email addresses used to send notifications from our Jira-based apps are being updated.

Why This Matters

If you rely on email notifications from these apps, you may need to:

  • Update email filters or rules
  • Adjust allowlists (safe senders)
  • Inform your IT or security team if needed

This will help ensure you continue receiving notifications without interruption.

What You Need to Do

To avoid missing any updates:

  • Add the new email addresses to your contacts or safe sender list
  • Review any existing inbox rules that reference the old addresses

No Changes to Notification Content

Aside from the sender address, everything else remains the same. You’ll continue receiving the same notifications you’re used to—just from a new, improved sending address.
