Privacy policy upcoming changes
The plugins available on Atlassian Markaetplace have been available for around 1 year and it has come time to do some tidying up.
One of the major things to do is to update our policies to better reflect what are the terms under which our apps can be used and also our policies to handling your data.
By the 30th Oct 2021 we are making changes to our Privacy Policy for all plugins to accomplish:
- more transparency how your data is handled
- more options to download and transfer your data
- more information what data is collected
Other changes
One of the major changes is a change in the business entity behind the Aldeva Digital on Atlassian Marketplace.
By the 30th Oct 2021 we will be making switch from the business entity:
Ajven s.r.o., ID: 53040198, VATID: SK2121234390, Tolstého 5, 811 06 Bratislava, Slovakia. Registered in the Commercial Register, Entry number 148138/B, maintained by the District Court, Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
to the new business entity:
ALDEVA DIGITAL s.r.o., ID: 54005949, Tolstého 5, 811 06 Bratislava, Slovakia. Registered in the Commercial Register, Entry number 155276/B, maintained by the District Court, Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
This means the following:
- all of the current policies will be applied by the other business entity
- all of the current agreements will be transferred to the other business entity
