How to create a calendar event
Once you’ve created your calendar, it’s time to create the first calendar event.
1. Open Event Calendar application
From the top navigation panel select “Apps” -> “Event Calendar“

2. Create a new event
From the calendar you can create a new event in two ways
- either click the blue button “Create new event” at the top right corner
- or click “New event” button on one of the calendar days
For each event you can configure the following
- beginning and end (date + time)
- event name and event description
- add URL for a meeting
- set up participants (from jira or by e-mail address)
- set up email reminders for participants
