By default, if you want to work with Time Sheets for Jira for a particular project, the plugin needs to be enabled for that particular project.
Tutorial
1. In order to enable Time Sheets for Jira for a particular project, you should click within the top navigation bar to “Apps” – > “Time Sheets“.
2. After that, a new screen is shown, in which you click “Enabled projects“. A list of available projects is shown in which you can turn on / off the Time Sheets support for a particular project.
That’s it. By doing you you have enabled/disabled the plugin for your project.
After that you can find the plugin within the left sidebar panel.
