Can I edit a response after submitting it?
Yes, you can edit your response within the same working day. Once the day is over, the response is final — standups are meant to capture how things stand at that moment.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing bad — you simply won’t have a response for that day. Managers will see that no response was submitted. You can continue filling in your standup as usual the next working day.
Can I be part of multiple standups?
Yes. You can be a participant in several standups at the same time, each with its own schedule, questions, and managers.
Can I change the standup questions after creating it?
Yes. Admins can edit everything about a standup at any time — including the questions, schedule, name, and participants.
Who can see my responses?
Only the managers assigned to your standup and the app admins. Other participants cannot see your responses.
Can I use the app outside of Microsoft Teams?
Yes. ALDEVA Daily Standups also works from the Microsoft 365 app and Outlook, though Microsoft Teams is the primary experience.
I don’t see the app in my Teams sidebar.
Your organization’s admin may not have installed or approved the app yet. Check the Where to find the app article for troubleshooting steps.
