ALDEVA Daily Standups works across Microsoft 365. You’ll primarily use it in Microsoft Teams, but it’s also available in Outlook and the Microsoft 365 app.
Here’s how to find it in each context.
Microsoft Teams (primary)
This is the main way to use the app. Open Microsoft Teams and look for ALDEVA Daily Standups in the left sidebar. If you don’t see it there, click the + Apps button at the bottom of the sidebar, search for ALDEVA Daily Standups, and add it.
Microsoft 365 app
You can also access the app from the Microsoft 365 portal at office.com. Open the app launcher (the grid icon in the top-left corner), then find ALDEVA Daily Standups in your list of apps. If it’s not listed, go to All apps and search for it.
Outlook (web)
The app is available in Outlook as well. You can find it in the sidebar or through the Apps section. The experience is the same — you can fill in your standup or review responses without leaving your inbox.
Can’t find the app?
If you don’t see ALDEVA Daily Standups in any of these locations, it’s likely that your organization’s admin hasn’t installed or approved the app yet. Ask your IT administrator to add it from the Microsoft Teams Admin Center or the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
If the app has been installed but you still can’t see it, try the following:
- Refresh your Microsoft Teams client or restart the desktop app.
- Check that your organization’s app policies allow you to use third-party apps.
- Contact your IT administrator to verify the app is enabled for your account or team.
